Baskbay Clothing Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Baskbay! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Returns

1.1. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

2. Refunds

2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2.3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
