1. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order with Baskbay Clothing, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order.

2. Order Processing: Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing and delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For local (South Africa) orders, we use reliable local couriers for efficient and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Delays: Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends, and public holidays. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

5. P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Shipping Responsibility: Baskbay Clothing is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please note that our parcels are not insured.

7. Standard Delivery Fee: Our standard delivery fee for all orders within South Africa is R100. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping and ensures your order reaches you promptly.

8. International Shipping: For international orders, delivery fees will be communicated to individual clients. Please contact our customer service for more information.
